Contacting Us for Returns and Refunds After Receipt:
Within 14 days of receiving the product, if the item is in a condition suitable for resale, we offer return or exchange services:
- Application: Contact customer service or send an email to submit a return/exchange request.
- Processing: Customer service will verify the reason and provide a solution within 1-3 working days upon receiving the request.
- Return: The customer shall send the product back to the designated location and provide the return tracking number to customer service.
- Verification: Once the warehouse receives the product, they will verify whether it is intact.
- Return/Exchange: Provide a refund or send a replacement product.
Additional Notes:
- For returns/exchanges, the order number/tracking number/name/phone number and reason for return/exchange must be provided.
- For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, the buyer bears the shipping cost. For quality issues, the seller bears the shipping cost.
If the customer contacts the logistics company directly to return the package after signing: Contact customer service to provide the return logistics company and tracking number. A refund will be processed after confirmation by customer service.
